Welcome to December, arguably the busiest and bustle-iest month of the year!
In a season of so much energy and abundance and extra-ness, my wish for you, me and all of us is simple. Less.
Less rushing. Fewer things.
Traditions and experiences instead of more stuff and clutter.
Outings and occasions that light us up, not drain the energy from us.
Time spent with the people we love most and doing the things we like best.
Letting go of activities and expectations that no longer serve us — so there’s time and energy for the ones that do.
Clearing out so there’s room for the good and slowing down so there’s time to really enjoy it.
Creating space, and spaciousness, for us to be present and content in all the joy and magic of this season, especially the small things that we’d otherwise miss.
And so in wishing you less, I’m really wishing you and your family the best. Happy holidays!
